Our exercise classes can be added to a personal training package, or you can choose to just have access to classes. For more info, please see our prices page.

We run a range of different classes from high intensity spin classes on our famous WattBikes to the low intensity posture and mobility classes – there’s something for everyone. If you’ve never tried some of these classes before then talk to us and we can advise which will suit you and your aims.
