This is a fantastic class if you can only make it once or twice a week as it comprises all aspects of fitness. 20 minutes of Spin, 15-20 minutes resistance and 5-10 minutes core and flexibillity. Each week we do a different set of exercises, in a different order to challenge the mind and the body. This is an ideal class for those of you who want an all-round, up-lifting workout. Suitable for all abilities, you can work at your own level.
