  About The Studio.
All studio classes are held at RRFC Gym and Fitness Studio, an exclusive private gym located 5 minutes from the heart of Reigate. We combine a pleasant studio environment with small class sizes and only the best instructors. Alternatively we can come to you. Studio classes cost £6 per class or £50 for 10 (to be used within 3 months of purchase).

About Studio Classes.
Body BalanceBody Balance - A combined Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling strong, centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Body AttackBody Attack - A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercise. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate you towards your fitness goal - from weekend athlete to hard-core competitor!
Body CombatBody Combat - A series of energising routines that combine moves with kicks and punches taken from a range of self-defence disciplines, including kickboxing, karate and tai chi. Don’t worry it’s a non-contact class!
Pilates - Pilates concentrates on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and strong muscles. It’s gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.
Yoga - Through a combination of breathing and stretching exercises, you will improve flexibility and posture as well as enjoy a feeling of relaxation and calm. As you progress you can develop the moves and combine these into routines.
Mother and Baby Yoga - Baby Yoga allows you to communicate and grow in confidence with your baby. The baby is encouraged to build awareness of its body, the way it can move, balance and gain strength through games with hand movements and balls. For the parent, relaxation is an integral part, bringing the energies of parent and child into harmony and rest.
Circuits - An energetic class packed with short bursts of different exercises from calorie burning skipping to muscle toning lunges. Add to this, music and the motivation of the teacher and you’re sure to get the most out of this all round workout.
Kickboxing - An athletic workout consisting of shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and strength and conditioning drills. The class focuses on using the upper body for a variety of punches and lower body for kicks.
