  The Right Solution.
There are many reasons for choosing to be Personally trained and many ways of training. We will design a bespoke solution that includes some or all (depending on preference) of the following elements:

Fitness Testing
Health & medical Screening
(including blood pressure)
Body composition analysis (taken unobtrusively with some of the latest technologically enhanced systems)
Posture analysis
Strength Testing
Lifestyle analysis
Nutritional analysis
Individual bespoke training plans
Sports Specific Training
Weight loss management and plan
Motivational analysis

With the initial quick and easy analysis out of the way we can create a solution specifically for you. It will be safe and effective. It will be based around not only what you want to achieve but also what you enjoy doing within the guidelines of your lifestyle and the limitations of your body.

Training Programmes.
We know from years of experience that 'we are not all created equal' and so each program must be based on the individual. For instance did you know there are different body types? These are known as somatypes and although there are 3 main types we can be combinations of each. Depending on your body type, there are different programs that will help you achieve your goal:

Weight loss and toning
Many people want to lose either a little extra fat and gain tone in their muscles, flexibility in their joints and a feeling of wellbeing or a lot more fat loss with the same end result. We have worked with many people and have produced many programs specifically for weight loss and toning. In a country which has now been given the title "Fattest in Europe" many of us have slipped up here and there and gained some weight. This is nothing to be ashamed of. However, if you have realised that you are now overweight it would be a shame not to do something about it!!
You have two options:
Jump on the next fitness fad or diet book, try it out for a few weeks and then go back to your old lifestyle. Put the weight back on feel even worse about it. Also, join the gym, go for a few weeks diligently then begin to make excuses as your motivation drains and you find yourself ‘too busy’ to fit in the healthy eating plan and exercise.
Or:
Make a determined effort to change (not necessarily drastically!!!) your lifestyle with the help of a health and fitness consultant, gain valuable knowledge from that consultant to help you reduce that weight and keep it off. And at the same time learn how to ensure your family also remains fit and healthy...
If you do choose the second option make sure it isn’t with someone who simply wants as many people through the door as possible. Make sure its with a company or individual that can promise to make you feel like their one and only client. Someone as dedicated to making that change for you as you are! Someone like us.

Muscle building and strength
Whether its your aim to start looking good in tight t-shirts, gain valuable size as you hate feeling skinny or want to put on more bulk we can help you achieve your goal. We have worked with naturally strong clients who have wanted to ‘get bigger and stronger’ and at the other end of the scale those people who have always felt skinny, have small wrists and ankles and are considered ‘hard-gainers’. We can help ALL those clients gain muscle and strength - male AND female! Many ladies do not wish to gain size and bulk but some would like more shape and we can help, through specific training to gain more shape. We have also designed plans (both physical and nutritional) specifically for hard-gainers with some awesome results... "how does 14lbs of lean muscle in 8 weeks sound with simple nutritional guidelines and a solid workout plan of just 3 hours per week?".

Improvement in health and fitness
Many clients simply want to improve their health and fitness. Increase their activity levels in an enjoyable, fun way to allow them to do more and feel better in themselves. Our comprehensive knowledge of exercises and nutritional guidelines will help anyone either get into fitness or maintain fitness without the boredom that can so often set in with traditional and/or monotonous routines.

Sports specific training
Whether you need to improve fitness for rugby, football, golf, netball, an upcoming triathlon or marathon we can provide the skills that will help you achieve your goal. We firmly believe that cross training (training in different ways, using different methods and exercises) greatly enhances overall physical performance and core strength. We can create specific routines that will enhance your sports specific performance and as they are not necessarily directly linked to your sport they will feel fresh and allow your body to strengthen in areas currently less trained.
Crosstraining can really help in the reduction of injuries.
