Who are we?
Bodies in Design was originally created by two Personal Trainers as a partnership. It is borne through a combined determination to see people achieve their goals in an industry that more often seeks to make money rather than a dedication to ENSURE results!
We can train our clients anywhere - we have the use of exclusive private health facilities in Reigate or if you would prefer we can come to you!

Andrew Moir BSc (hons)
“Hi. I‘m a trained Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist. I enjoy ALL sports and try and play as many as possible. I enjoy working with others to realise their health, fitness and/or body image desires. I am very goal oriented and feel I have an excellent approach in both motivating and training my clients. Whether you train better being guided or being pushed all the way I will fit into your needs and ENSURE you meet and perhaps exceed your target.
I have worked with many people and have succeeded in transforming not only their physique but also their approach and enjoyment of exercise. Its not all about having fun - its all about having fun AND reaching your goal. Working together we‘ll make both happen!!”

I enjoy working with all types of people and feel that my motivational skills help me to enable my clients to succeed. I use many different styles in order to satisfy all abilities and preferences. ”
Our Services.
We have both male and female Personal Trainers (if you have a preference) who are trained, qualified and experienced in many forms of Fitness Instruction and Exercise Specialities. Below is a brief list:

We will impart the knowledge that will open your mind and help you realise your goals. With this belief the change will be far easier to both achieve and maintain.
What is our experience?
Our trainers have worked with people from all walks of life. We have helped our clients turn around their preconceptions of fitness and exercise and allowed them to welcome activities into their lives. We have seen the results both physically and emotionally and it is this that strives us to keep finding new ways... fun ways to train with our clients.
Who can we train?
Pretty much anyone! At Bodies in Design we have trained so that we are capable of helping those clients with health related issues. Perhaps you suffer or have suffered from one of the following and feel you cannot exercise:
Cardiovascular disease/disorder (CHD, angina, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, stroke, heart attack)
Pulmonary disease/disorder (asthma, exercise induced asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, congestive obstructive pulmonary disease)
Diabetes (Type I and II)
Hypercholesterolemia and Obesity
Depression
Pregnancy
Sometimes it is exercise itself that helps alleviate the main symptoms of health issues. Sometimes a combination of nutritional guidance and exercise is required to improve your health and wellbeing rather than relying on pharmacological dependencies (prescription drugs). At Bodies in Design we are able to take on those clients not only fit and want to become fitter but in current ill health that want to take a positive step towards improving their health.
Did you know that for many Diabetic Type II patients it is possible to manage and even reverse the condition through a simple nutritional and weight management program specifically designed for the individual (subject to GP referral!!? What could possibly be a better gift than that? |
