Sports specific training in Reigate

 
Whether you need to improve fitness for rugby, football, golf, netball, an upcoming triathlon or marathon we can provide the skills that will help you achieve your goal.

We firmly believe that cross training (training in different ways, using different methods and exercises) greatly enhances overall physical performance and core strength. We can create specific routines that will enhance your sports specific performance and as they are not necessarily directly linked to your sport they will feel fresh and allow your body to strengthen in areas currently less trained. Crosstraining can really help in the reduction of injuries.

Closed: 18th, 25th, 26th, 1st
Open mornings only on 27th-30th inclusive and 2nd Jan

Classes: No Box Fit, Senior Fit, Wed Circuits or Thurs Spin between XMas and New Year
