Pump and Abs - Reigate

 
A cardio resistance workout designed using a mix of barbell weights and bodyweight exercises. Fast paced to keep the heart rate raised during the workout for maximum calorie burning & toning. A workout for the whole body - with a 10 minute abdominal focus at the end to help build the six pack for the men or a flatter stomach for the ladies. Set to upbeat music, you will feel pumped and energised by the end of the workout. A great workout for toning, increasing strength and fat burning - suitable for men and woman of all levels.
