Kettle Bells

 
A fast moving dynamic workout using ‘kettle bells’ to upbeat music. Perfect for improving strength, power and core stability. The class is designed as a circuit, moving from one station to the next under the eye of a highly motivational instructor, in just 45 minutes you will have completed a high intensity workout and burnt up to 500 kcal, depending on how hard you work.
