Core and stretch - Reigate

 
Wednesdays: 20:00 - 20:45
A ‘yoga’ inspired class aimed at rebalancing the body and mind, great alone or after a workout. Stretch and balance your entire body while listening to deep meditation music. Yoga, sequences combined with gently pilates moves help to mobilise and warm up the body followed by a deep stretching sequence using small spikey balls to lengthen, balance and calm the body and mind. Your body will thank you for it.
