Cardio Core in Reigate

 
A combination of medium intensity aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness and a series of pilates exercises and ab work to strengthen the core. A great active recovery class for the elite and a great starter class for those just getting back into fitness.

A combination of 15-20 mins spin, 15-20 mins Pilates/abs and 5-10 mins stretching - leaving you feeling energised and up-beat.
